Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has hailed Arsenal as the finest defensive unit in world football. Speaking at the club’s training centre on Wednesday, he praised the Gunners’ ability to play without the ball.

The Spanish coach prepares his side for the Champions League final against the North London club. The match will take place in Hungary next week. Enrique believes Arsenal fully earned their Premier League success this season.

“They deserved to win the Premier League. They have had an incredible season,” said the former Barcelona boss. He added that stopping opponents from scoring while finding the net themselves makes the English side so strong.

Enrique expects a difficult final with two different tactical approaches on the pitch. He also confirmed he hopes to have his entire squad fit for the trip to Budapest.

However, two key stars face a race against time to recover. Ousmane Dembélé and Achraf Hakimi are both nursing injuries. The duo sat out Wednesday’s training session following the manager’s media briefing.
