Felipe Chávez is heading back to Bayern Munich. The 19-year-old midfielder will leave 1. FC Köln when his temporary deal comes to a close.

The German side has chosen not to sign the player permanently. They have decided against using their buy option for the Peru international.

Chávez moved to Köln during the January transfer window. However, he found it difficult to get regular minutes on the pitch. He made seven appearances in the Bundesliga but only played for a total of 96 minutes.
