Paris Saint-Germain are looking to add new players to their squad this summer. The French side won the UEFA Champions League this year. Now they want to sign Eli Junior Kroupi from AFC Bournemouth.
Kroupi is only 19 years old. He joined Bournemouth from FC Lorient last summer. The forward had an excellent first season in the Premier League. He found the net 13 times. This is a record for a teenager in their debut campaign in England’s top flight.
Bournemouth are ready to fight to keep the player. The Cherries gave Kroupi a new deal that runs until 2030. However, the France U21 international has attracted interest from several top clubs.
Arsenal have already shown interest in the striker. Now PSG have also entered the race. Luis Enrique, the PSG manager, is a big fan of the young forward.
The Paris club have a list of targets. They are also looking at Julian Alvarez, Yan Diomande, and Maghnes Akliouche. Talks are now underway to sign Kroupi. The player dreams of playing for an elite European side in the near future.
