Nathaniel Brown has refused to discuss reports linking him with a transfer to Bayern Munich. The Eintracht Frankfurt defender insists his only focus is helping Germany at the World Cup.
The 22-year-old spoke to the media on Thursday evening. Sky Germany asked him about claims that he has agreed personal terms with the Bundesliga champions. However, Brown chose not to confirm or deny the speculation.
“I’m fully focused on the World Cup. That’s why I won’t comment on this today. My focus is only on the World Cup,” he stated.
Bayern Munich and Eintracht Frankfurt are currently negotiating the transfer fee. The Eagles are demanding approximately €60 million to sell the Germany international.
Brown started in Sunday’s 4-0 victory over Finland. He could feature again when Germany face the United States on Saturday in their final friendly match before the tournament begins.
