Brighton & Hove Albion have secured a deal to bring Nigerian prospect Zadok Yohanna to the Premier League. The Seagulls will pay Swedish club AIK Stockholm £21.5 million for the exciting young wide man.

The 18-year-old is ready to commit his future to the south coast side on a five-year deal. The move will be completed when the summer transfer window officially opens on Monday, 15 June.

Manager Fabian Hurzeler shared his thoughts on the new arrival. He explained that he has watched the teenager closely and likes his qualities. He feels the winger can influence games in attacking areas. He noted that the player will need time to adapt to the Premier League. However, he assured fans that they will enjoy the creativity the youngster brings.

Yohanna started his career at the Ikon Allah Football Academy in Nigeria. He then joined AIK Stockholm. Since his debut in August 2025, he has made 18 appearances for the Swedish outfit. In that time, he has scored five goals and set up four more.
