Spanish media outlet El Chiringuito suggests that Paris Saint-Germain wish to sign Federico Valverde. The 27-year-old currently plays a vital role for Real Madrid. However, French journalists at RMC Sport report that no negotiations have taken place between the European champions and the player.

The midfielder recently had a heated exchange with teammate Aurélien Tchouaméni during practice. The pair were involved in two separate confrontations at the training ground. Club officials punished both players with fines. This incident has sparked rumours that one of them could leave the Bernabéu before next season.

Despite this speculation, PSG have not approached the Uruguay international. Sources indicate that his transfer fee would be too high for the French club. Additionally, his characteristics on the pitch do not match the profile that manager Luis Enrique seeks. The Spanish coach requires different qualities in that position.

The Parisian club continues its search for midfield reinforcements ahead of the summer transfer window.
