Aytekin and Michel Crowned DFB Referees of the Year for 2025-26
Deniz Aytekin and Fabienne Michel have been voted as the DFB Referees of the Year for 2025-26 following a nationwide ballot among German match officials. The honour comes as Aytekin retires at the mandatory age of 47 after his final Bundesliga assignment.
