Sky Germany reports that Tim Civeja will sign for Karlsruher SC. The 24-year-old midfielder joins the 2. Bundesliga side on a free transfer.

The German-born player has already passed his medical tests. He will sign his contract shortly. His current deal with 1. FC Saarbrücken ends this month. This allows him to move without a fee.

Civeja turned down three other clubs to join Karlsruher SC. The midfielder is eager to play for the Baden-Württemberg team.

The Dachau native started his career at FC Augsburg. He later played for Ingolstadt on loan. He signed for Saarbrücken in 2023.

Last season, he made 35 appearances in the third tier. He scored five goals and provided seven assists. He also represented Albania at under-21 level.
