Napoli have permanently offloaded midfielder Luis Hasa and winger Alessio Zerbin to Frosinone, the newly-promoted Serie A side have confirmed.
The departures clear space in the Partenopei squad as the club reshapes its ranks ahead of the new campaign. For Frosinone, the captures represent significant reinforcements as they prepare for life back in the top flight.
Zerbin returns for second spell
Zerbin, 27, is no stranger to the Stadio Benito Stirpe. The attacking wide man previously enjoyed a loan spell with the Canarini during the 2021-22 campaign and now joins on a permanent basis.
The winger had been on Napoli’s books since 2017 but failed to break into the senior setup. Instead, he accumulated extensive experience in the lower divisions through loan stints at Viterbese, Cesena, Pro Vercelli, Monza, Venezia and, most recently, Cremonese.
Greek side Iraklis Salonika had reportedly shown interest in securing his services, but Zerbin has opted to remain in Italy with the Ciociari.
Hasa targets top-flight debut
Hasa arrives seeking his first taste of Serie A football. The 22-year-old Albanian international, who made his senior debut for the national team in June 2026, spent last season on loan at Carrarese in Serie B.
During that spell, the midfielder contributed five goals and four assists across 31 appearances. Born in Italy, he previously represented the Azzurri at various youth levels before switching allegiance to Albania.
A product of the Juventus academy, Hasa moved to Lecce before Napoli acquired him in January 2025. Despite the transfer, he has yet to make a senior appearance in Italy’s top division.
Frosinone strengthen for survival push
The double swoop bolsters the squad as Frosinone aim to avoid an immediate return to Serie B. Hasa provides depth in central midfield, while Zerbin offers width and creativity in the final third.
Financial terms of the transfers were not disclosed by either club.
