Hillary Juma struck twice to guide APS Bomet to a 2-0 victory over Bandari in an FKF Premier League clash at Kwale Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

The former Kakamega Homeboyz forward broke the deadlock in the 67th minute. The opening period had produced few chances, with both sides finding it difficult to break down the opposing defence.

Juma added his second goal deep into added time, finding the net in the 95th minute. This result extends the law enforcers’ unbeaten record to six matches.

The win moves APS Bomet up to 12th place in the standings. They now hold 40 points from 32 outings.

Next, Sammy Omollo’s side will face title challengers AFC Leopards on Saturday. The match gives the coach a chance to help his former club Gor Mahia by defeating the Leopards.
