AS Monaco have reached an agreement with FC Metz to sign defender Sadibou Sané. The 21-year-old Senegal international will join the Ligue 1 club on a five-year contract, with his medical examination and official signing expected to take place imminently.

According to reports, the transfer is valued at approximately €10 million including bonus payments. The deal has been in progress for several days and represents a significant step in Monaco’s summer recruitment strategy.

Player Profile and Terms

Sané has developed into a promising defensive prospect since establishing himself in French football. The centre-back, who represents Senegal at international level, will commit his future to the Principality side until 2029.
