Roma Secure Argentina International
AS Roma have struck a comprehensive agreement with Atlético Madrid to sign right-back Nahuel Molina. The deal is worth €18m including add-ons, and the Argentina international has accepted personal terms worth €2.7m per season on a long-term contract. The move ends weeks of speculation linking Molina with a return to Italy, where he previously impressed with Udinese.
Como Prepare Defensive Reinforcements
Serie A newcomers Como are finalising two significant defensive additions. The Lombardy club have reached a verbal agreement with Borussia Dortmund for Brazilian full-back Yan Couto. The arrangement involves a loan fee of roughly €2–3m and includes an option to buy set at approximately €22m. Como will also cover the defender’s full salary, reported at around €5m per year.
In a separate deal, Chelsea centre-back Trevoh Chalobah is expected to undergo his medical on Wednesday ahead of a permanent transfer. The fee is understood to be €30m plus €3m in add-ons. Chalobah’s arrival would mark a statement signing for the club as they prepare for their top-flight campaign.
