Cape Verde have become the first World Cup debutants to reach the knockout stages since 2010 after drawing with Saudi Arabia. Spain finished first in Group H following their victory over Uruguay, who suffered a historic group-stage exit.

All four sides in Group H enter the final matchday with a chance of reaching the round of 32. Spain lead the way but must beat Uruguay to top the group, while African debutants Cape Verde need victory against Saudi Arabia to seal their place in history.
