Kenan Yildiz has pledged his long-term future to Juventus by signing a contract extension that keeps him at the club until the summer of 2030. The Turkish midfielder insists he is “very happy” in Turin despite strong interest from top European sides.

The 21-year-old arrived at the Italian giants in 2022 as a free agent for their youth setup. He has since become a vital member of the first team and now wears the prestigious number 10 jersey. This shirt carries huge history at the club, previously worn by legend Alessandro Del Piero.

Speaking at the launch of the club’s new kit for the 2026-27 season, Yildiz expressed his deep connection to Juventus. “I have Juve in my heart,” he stated. He also thanked John Elkann, the head of Exor which owns the club, for his public support.

Reports from England and Spain had suggested Arsenal, Manchester United and Real Madrid were monitoring the player. However, Yildiz made clear he only wants to play for the Bianconeri. “We want to repay the fans for their support,” he added.

The attacking midfielder also addressed the situation of his strike partner Dusan Vlahovic. The Serbian forward’s current deal expires at the end of June. “I asked him to stay, but that decision is not mine to make,” Yildiz explained.

On the pitch, Juventus sit third in the Serie A table. They have overtaken Milan and trail leaders Napoli by just two points with two matches remaining. The team is fighting to secure direct entry into next season’s Champions League group stage.

“We must always aim for the highest possible position,” Yildiz said about the run-in. He noted that while there is external pressure, the squad remains focused on working with their manager to achieve their goals.
