The Denmark international, who was born in Sweden, joined the Blues from Villarreal two years ago. During his time at Stamford Bridge, the 24-year-old has largely served as understudy to Robert Sanchez, accumulating 36 appearances across all competitions. Despite limited starts, he has maintained his position in the Danish national team setup.
BlueCo connection continues
Strasbourg operates under the same BlueCo ownership group as Chelsea, facilitating coordinated player movement between the two clubs. The potential loan would see Jörgensen become the third goalkeeper from the London club to join the Alsatians in three seasons, following the previous temporary moves of Djordje Petrovic and Mike Penders.
