Crystal Palace have announced the signing of Netherlands international midfielder Quinten Timber from French club Marseille. The 25-year-old has put pen to paper on a five-year deal with the Eagles, with the transfer fee reportedly set at €20 million.
Timber’s Journey to Selhurst Park
Quinten Timber, twin brother of Arsenal defender Jurriën Timber, brings significant experience to the Premier League. He has earned 13 caps for the Netherlands national team and was part of Ronald Koeman’s squad for the 2026 World Cup, featuring twice for his country this summer.
Timber joined Marseille from Feyenoord last winter in a deal reportedly worth €4.5 million. During his time with the French side, he made 17 appearances across all competitions before his move to South London.

The acquisition of Timber is a notable move for Crystal Palace, strengthening their midfield options.
