Roma are awaiting formal proposals for winger Matías Soulé and are eager to sell the 23-year-old Argentine this summer. Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano confirmed via his HereWeGo Instagram account that the Giallorossi are actively seeking offers for the player.

According to reports from Italy, Soulé has been proposed to several clubs, including Serie A rivals AC Milan. The winger contributed seven goals and eight assists in 42 appearances across all competitions last season, having established himself as a regular feature in the capital.

Milan’s search for creativity

The Rossoneri are actively seeking a new attacking midfielder to bolster their options for the upcoming campaign. However, they have faced frustration in their pursuit of alternative targets. Konstantinos Karetsas, the Greek talent who had been identified as a primary objective for the creative role, is now set to join Borussia Dortmund from Genk instead.

Despite this setback, Milan have already been busy in the transfer market this summer. The club have secured the signings of defender Mario Gila and forward Gonçalo Ramos as they rebuild their squad.

Squad turnover at Roma

The potential departure of Soulé forms part of a wider restructuring at the Stadio Olimpico. The club are preparing to announce the signing of forward Santiago Castro from Bologna, a move that would significantly reshape their attacking department and potentially pave the way for exits.

Milan, meanwhile, are also open to selling current attacker Rafael Leão. The Portuguese international has been made available for a reported fee of €60 million, suggesting further movement in their forward line regardless of whether they ultimately pursue Soulé.

No formal bid for the Argentine winger has materialised at this stage. The proposed transfer remains at an exploratory phase, with both clubs continuing to assess their options as the summer window progresses.
