Fiorentina have signed defender Alex Jimenez on loan from Bournemouth after the player was suspended by the Football Association over allegations of inappropriate messages to a minor. The deal includes an option to buy.

Alex Jimenez is undergoing a medical in Florence ahead of a loan move to Fiorentina from Bournemouth. The deal includes a €20 million option to buy for the right-back, who only joined the Cherries permanently from Milan in January.
