Ipswich Town have struck a deal with RC Strasbourg Alsace to secure Paraguay international Julio Enciso, according to reports. The financial terms of the transfer have not been disclosed.
The 22-year-old forward is set to return to the club for a second spell, having previously spent the latter half of the 2024/25 season on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion. The move reunites him with manager Gary O’Neil, who worked with Enciso at Strasbourg last season before his recent appointment at the Premier League side.
Enciso is poised to leave Strasbourg after just one season, during which he established himself as a key attacking threat. The Paraguay international made 42 appearances across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and registering nine assists.
